1. Information processed by Easy Workout Tracker

Easy Workout Tracker allows users to record workout-related information, including:

• Workout sessions and dates
• Exercise names and categories
• Sets, repetitions, weights, durations, distances, and resistance values
• App preferences, including language, measurement units, and timer settings

This information is entered directly by the user and is used solely to provide the app's workout logging and tracking features.

2. Storage and collection

Easy Workout Tracker stores workout information and app preferences locally on the user's device.

Boris Tschochner does not operate a server that collects or stores users' workout information. The developer cannot access workout information stored locally on a user's device.

On supported platforms, the app may use the user's personal cloud-storage account to store or synchronize app data. This storage is controlled by the user and the relevant cloud-storage provider. Boris Tschochner does not receive or have access to the contents of this storage.

3. Backup export and import

Easy Workout Tracker allows users to export a backup of their workout information. Export occurs only when initiated by the user.

The user chooses where the exported file is saved or which application or service receives it. Information exported to another application, cloud provider, or storage location is handled according to that provider's privacy practices.

Users may also select a compatible backup file to import workout information into Easy Workout Tracker.

4. Analytics, advertising, and sharing

Easy Workout Tracker does not use third-party advertising or behavioral analytics services.

Boris Tschochner does not sell, rent, or share users' workout information with advertisers or data brokers.

Data may leave the app only when the user explicitly chooses to export or share a backup, or when the user enables a supported personal cloud-storage feature.

5. Data security

Workout information stored locally is kept within the app's private storage and is protected by the security controls provided by the user's device and operating system.

Users are responsible for protecting access to their devices and any locations to which they export backup files.

6. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored information remains on the device until the user deletes the relevant records, clears the app's storage, or uninstalls Easy Workout Tracker.

Easy Workout Tracker does not maintain developer-operated user accounts.

Backup files remain in the storage location selected by the user until the user deletes them there. Uninstalling the app may not delete backup files that the user previously exported or stored with a cloud provider.

Easy Workout Tracker is a fitness logging tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical or health concerns.

8. Children's privacy

Easy Workout Tracker is not specifically directed toward children. Boris Tschochner does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a developer-operated server.
